We ship bikinis, one‑pieces, and tankinis from pixicores.com within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Each swimsuit is inspected for loose threads, fabric flaws, and proper stitching before packing. Custom sizing or monogramming adds two to three business days. During summer peak season, processing may take up to two days. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

We offer free shipping on orders over $70. For orders under $70, we have three shipping plans to choose from: Flat shipping at $7.99, Express shipping at $8.99, and Next-day shipping at $12.99.
International delivery takes 10‑22 business days.
We ship swimwear to over 35 countries worldwide. You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees. We cannot mark packages as “gift” or declare lower values – doing so is illegal and may cause significant delays. Some countries restrict certain swimsuit fabrics or require special labeling. Your tracking link becomes active within 24 hours after shipment.
Once your order ships, we send a tracking link to your email address. You can see real‑time updates as your package moves through carrier hubs. If tracking shows no movement for three straight days, your package may be waiting at a regional sorting center – this is normal during holidays. If you miss delivery, you have five calendar days to pick up your package.
The delivery carrier typically makes three delivery attempts. If you are not home, they will leave a notice telling you where to collect your package. You have five calendar days to pick it up from the local depot or post office. Unclaimed swimwear will be returned to our warehouse. To reship, you will need to pay the shipping fee again. A signature is required for orders over $150.
Damage or loss must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Open your package immediately upon arrival. If you find stains, tears, broken straps, missing parts, or any other damage, take clear photos of the damage and the outer box. Email the pictures and your order number to [email protected]. We will file a claim with the shipping carrier on your behalf. Once the claim is approved, you receive a free replacement or full refund. Keep all original packaging until the issue is resolved.
