You have 30 days from delivery to return unworn swimwear.
The swimsuit must be unwashed and free of any deodorant marks, makeup stains, sunscreen residue, and any odors such as cigarette smoke or perfume. All original tags must still be attached. Most importantly, the protective hygiene liner must be completely intact and still attached to the garment. Proof of purchase, such as your order number or email confirmation, is required for all returns.

Custom and monogrammed swimwear is final sale.
Custom‑sized swimsuits, personalized items, and any swimwear with monogramming cannot be returned. Additionally, we do not accept returns on bikini bottoms where the hygiene liner has been removed or damaged, even if the item was only tried on. Clearance merchandise, gift cards, and items marked “final sale” on the product page are also non‑returnable. Please check product pages carefully before ordering.

You must obtain a Return Authorization number before shipping anything back.
Log into your account on pixicores.com and go to Order History. Click “Request Return” next to the item you wish to return. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number within two business days. Write this number clearly on the outside of your return package. Never send a return without this number – our warehouse will reject the package and send it back at your own cost. If you do not have an online account, email [email protected] with your order number and return reason.

Pack the return exactly as you received it.
Fold the swimsuit neatly and place it back into the original poly bag or box. Keep the hygiene liner attached and undisturbed. Include any accessories such as removable pads or belts. Do not tape anything directly to the fabric. Seal the package securely and write the Return Authorization number on the outside. Use a trackable shipping method such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and keep your receipt. We are not responsible for returns that get lost in the mail without tracking proof.

Refunds are issued within 3‑5 business days after inspection.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our team inspects it for hygiene liner integrity, stains, odors, and signs of wear. This inspection typically takes three to five business days. If the swimsuit meets our return standards, we issue a refund to your original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may need an additional five to ten business days to post the refund. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed. Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless we made an error.

Exchanges for a different size are faster when you place a new order.
If you need a different size, the fastest method is to place a new order for the correct size immediately. This locks in stock and ensures you get the swimsuit quickly. Then return the original item for a refund following the standard process. Direct exchange is available on request, but we will only ship the replacement after we receive and inspect your return. One free domestic exchange per order for size issues is offered.

Your return may be rejected for hygiene liner damage, stains, or odors.
Common reasons for rejection include a torn or completely removed hygiene liner, deodorant or sunscreen marks on the fabric, cigarette smoke or heavy perfume smell, missing tags, and visible wear such as stretched elastic or pilling. If your return fails inspection, we will email you photos and a written explanation. You may be charged a restocking fee of up to 30%, or the refund may be denied entirely. You can pay to have the swimsuit shipped back to you.
